The Havenhuis in Naaldwijk is a project that was acquired by our Real Estate team, in collaboration with a partner, in August 2025 and successfully completed in early November 2025. All residents have officially received the keys to this carefully renovated apartment complex. This completion marks the start of a new chapter for the former post office on Havenplein: now 27 modern homes in the heart of the bustling centre of Naaldwijk.
The post officehas been completely transformed into a contemporary apartment complex that respects the character of the original building. Local collaboration
