At De Woerd Business Park in Naaldwijk, Worldstream, a provider of dedicated servers and cloud infrastructure, is expanding its office capacity to a new location at Industriestraat 23. Following an extensive renovation, the office building has been completely transformed and is now fully let. For Ultim, this marks the successful completion of the entire process—from acquisition and renovation to leasing and key handover.

From an Outdated Building to a Modern Workplace
What began as a major renovation project in November 2025 has resulted in a fully modernised office building in Naaldwijk. Three floors have been transformed from an outdated, inefficient property into a spacious, light-filled working environment that meets the expectations of today's office users.

Every square metre has been redesigned with a focus on comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. The building offers modern office spaces, meeting rooms, and a flexible commercial area that can also serve as a representative presentation or showroom space. Its versatile layout allows the tenant to configure the premises according to their own operational needs.

Sustainable and Future-Ready
The renovation extended far beyond aesthetics. The asbestos roof was completely replaced, solar panels were installed, insulation was upgraded, and the building was equipped with high-quality air conditioning and ventilation systems. These improvements not only enhance comfort but also ensure the building is ready for the future, meeting the sustainability and performance standards expected by modern businesses.

Fully Let
The property has now been fully let. Worldstream officially received the keys on July 1 and will take the building into use soon.
