Ultim has undertaken the completion of the Het Havenhuis project in collaboration with a partner from the beginning of Q3 2025. Het Havenhuis is the former post office of Naaldwijk, sustainably renovated into a 3-storey apartment complex with 27 owner-occupied homes. The turnkey apartments are spacious, light and affordable. All apartments will be completed in November 2025. The project will thus make a valuable contribution to the liveliness of the centre of Naaldwijk.
