Ultim has acquired a strategic land position at Monsterseweg 19 in Poeldijk, centrally located in the heart of the Westland region. The plot has a total area of 6,655 m², of which approximately 1,380 m² is designated for residential use. The remaining part of approximately 5,275 m² is intended for agricultural use and mainly comprises glass structures (approximately 3,680 m²), supplemented by commercial space and various installations.
The house on the plot is traditionally built with cavity brickwork, a concrete floor and a tiled roof. They are equipped with a galvanised substructure, lattice girders, single glazing and horticultural facilities such as heating, sprinklers and drip irrigation (currently out of use). In addition, there is a commercial space of approximately 206 m².
