In collaboration with a partner, Ultim is transforming a former commercial space in the centre of 's-Gravenzande into a small-scale apartment complex with five modern homes. The apartments vary in size from 60 to 88 m². Two are on the ground floor, two on the first floor and one exclusive penthouse on the top floor. The comfortable, modern spaces will be delivered ready to move into.
