Ultim, in collaboration with a partner, transformed the plot at Rijnweg 261, which at the time was a cafeteria with an upstairs flat. The existing building and grounds cover approximately 321 m² and were ideal for redevelopment and transformation. The transformation created five modern flats and studios that optimally respond to the housing demand in Monster.
