The project involves redesigning waterways, constructing new facilities and relocating an existing home to a plot along Opstalweg/Boomgaardspad. Ultim's Real Estate team is currently developing a new-build home on this 3,548 m² plot. This plot, which has been vacant for years and is no longer in use, will be home to a modern, climate-adaptive house that fits in with the historical background of Boomgaardspad.
