Ultim, in collaboration with a partner, has completed the Kethelhof project on Olivier van Noortstraat in Schiedam. The existing building has been completely stripped and transformed into a modern residential concept, with 24 comfortable flats and four multifunctional commercial properties.
The flats range from 50 to 100 m² and consist of 2- and 3-room homes, suitable for both first-time buyers and families. The project is completely gas-free, energy-efficient and lifetime-proof. The finish is high-quality, in accordance with the latest sustainability requirements.
