Ultim, in collaboration with a partner, has given a former large vacant gardener's house a new lease of life. The house has been transformed into a modern apartment complex with eight affordable homes, especially for first-time buyers. The apartments, with a surface area of approximately 45 m², have an open kitchen and a modern bathroom, making them immediately habitable. The project responds to the high demand for social housing with rents below the liberalisation threshold, enabling young tenants to find a place of their own.
