In 2016, Ultim carried out the reconstruction of the area on Kleine Achterweg in Naaldwijk.
The area has been redesigned and two plots of land measuring between 1,100 and 1,200 m² have been created. These have been sold as private building plots. The redesign of the waterways has optimised the spatial structure, giving the area a sustainable new purpose. In addition, Ultim's Real Estate team also arranged the residential rights for the construction of the homes. This allowed buyers to realise their dream villa without any hassle.
