In 2016, Ultim carried out the reconstruction of a greenhouse horticulture plot on Kleine Achterweg in Naaldwijk.
The area was redesigned and a 1,185 m² building plot was created, which was sold as a private building plot. The modification of the waterways gave the area an optimal spatial structure and a sustainable new use. A large part of the former greenhouse horticulture plot has been integrated into the modern, sustainable horticultural business of the neighbouring company. Thanks to this reconstruction, an old house could be demolished and replaced by a new one.
