Ultim has collaborated with a partner to realise the Horti Hotel Westland: the transformation of an office building into temporary accommodation (lodging function) for migrant workers. The project responds to the high demand for high-quality temporary housing, preferably close to work. Accommodation near industrial estates is a practical and comfortable solution for temporary residents. With this project, we are supporting economic growth in the region.
Various feasibility studies were carried out prior to the zoning change, including financial feasibility, aesthetic assessment, zoning plan research and planning aspects. All necessary permits were carefully prepared and processed by a composite team of experts.
The Horti Hotel can accommodate 342 people, including two managers. The layout is flexible, with residential units spread over seven floors and communal kitchens and circulation areas.
