Ultim has completed the Honderdland Veste project at Business Park Honderdland phase 2 in Maasdijk. The project comprises several commercial units of various sizes. Within building B, Ultim's Real Estate team has purchased a number of units for construction and development, each with a total area of approximately 193 m² (ground floor, first and second floor), including three parking spaces.
The units are equipped with modern and sustainable facilities, such as underfloor heating, a heat pump, solar panels, air conditioning on the second floor, partially concrete floors, an electric overhead door and HR+++ glazing.
