Ultim's Real Estate team has redeveloped the outdated hotel on Dirk van den Burgweg in Hoek van Holland. In collaboration with the municipality of Rotterdam, a transformation plan has been developed to convert the 11 existing hotel rooms into 8 flats.
The transformation plan has been carefully tailored to local wishes and regulations, with a focus on quality and liveability. Based on this, a redevelopment plan has been drawn up to change the zoning of the plot from 'hotel' to 'residential'.
