Project details
Ultim is developing the De Paal project in Almere through its participation in INVEXUM. A former industrial estate is being transformed into a modern, mixed-use residential area. The plan comprises two residential buildings with a total of approximately 140 flats, including parking spaces and sustainable facilities. The homes are designed for a mixed target group: first-time buyers, couples, families and senior citizens. The redevelopment of this industrial site focuses heavily on energy efficiency, including high-quality insulation and solar panels. Green areas will be designed to be climate-adaptive.
