As a real estate project manager, you are responsible for the entire process of our projects. This includes purchasing real estate, planning and executing renovations or transformations, developing new concepts and supervising the operation, letting and sale up to and including the final delivery. You will coordinate all parties involved, monitor planning and budgets, and ensure that each project is realised in a high-quality and sustainable manner. Your work is essential to the success of our real estate portfolio. In this way, you will contribute directly to the growth and reputation of Ultim in the region.

What are you going to do?

  • Supervising real estate projects from purchase, renovation and transformation to sale or letting

  • Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams

  • Ensuring quality, sustainability and planning

  • Reporting on progress, budget and risks

  • Initiating improvements and innovative solutions

Who are we seeking?

  • Higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking in real estate, construction or similar

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector

  • Organisational and solution-oriented

  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure

  • Interest in sustainable and innovative real estate development
