You manage accounts, prepare reports, provide support with budgets and help analyse investment projects. Your accuracy and insight ensure that project teams and investors always have a clear picture of the financial status. This enables decisions to be made strategically and on a sound basis. In this way, you contribute to the success and future-proofing of our projects.

What are you going to do?

  • Preparing and checking financial reports

  • Checking the financial administration

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting

  • Contributing to financial analyses and investment proposals

  • Collaborating with external parties such as accountants and banks

Who are we seeking?

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking in Finance, Business Economics or similar

  • Experience with financial processes, preferably within real estate or investments

  • Accurate, analytical and proactive

  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as Exact Online
