You analyse trends, identify opportunities and risks, and support project teams and investors with substantiated recommendations. Your work makes projects more efficient, profitable and socially responsible. You are a crucial link in realising impactful and future-oriented investments.

What are you going to do?

  • Collect, analyse and interpret data from various business processes

  • Preparing dashboards and reports for project and investment management

  • Supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights

  • Identifying trends and opportunities in real estate, investments and financial results

  • Collaborating with project managers, finance and investment teams

Who are we seeking?

  • Higher professional education/university level of working and thinking in data science, econometrics, IT or similar

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau)

  • Experience with Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Affinity with real estate, investments or financial services

  • Good communication skills, strong at making complex data understandable
