Project details
Ultim is developing the new Dok District on the former De Paal industrial site in Almere through its participation in INVEXUM. Within the Dok District, the sub-project Roer will become a sustainable living and working environment where housing, greenery, amenities and social interaction come together, with room for a wide range of target groups. 102 modern and sustainable new-build apartments will be realised across various segments. The plan consists of three residential blocks with parking, commercial functions and entrances underneath, connected by a green inner courtyard. In this way, Dok District strengthens the green, village-like and water-rich character of Almere Haven.
