Project details
Ultim is developing the new Dok District on the former De Paal industrial site in Almere through its participation in INVEXUM. Within the Dok District, the sub-project Bolder will become a mixed residential programme with urban amenities around a green inner courtyard, seamlessly connecting to the existing neighbourhood and serving as a cornerstone of the area. The plan comprises 140 homes in a mix of social rental, mid-range rental/ownership and private-sector housing, providing an answer to the housing shortage. Nature-inclusive roof gardens strengthen biodiversity and create space for social interaction. Sustainability is deeply embedded in the plan and goes beyond standardisation.
From industrial estate to lively residential neighbourhood
The location of the sub-project Bolder will be fully redeveloped into a future-proof residential environment. With safe infrastructure, green spaces and an attractive mix of homes, a vibrant neighbourhood will emerge where living, togetherness and relaxation take centre stage.
